DESIGN & COMMS

Website development and design, graphic design, communications, and writing services are priced on a per-project basis; either as a standalone project or a long-term partnership.

Often, these services overlap and converge across all platforms; from a social media strategy that complements the website to print collateral that captures a brand’s voice to a new website and brand photos that showcase your story.

A bundled price is developed based on your current and anticipated needs.

Bundles

Most clients don’t need just one thing; they need a brand, a site, and the photography to bring both to life. Bundle packages combine our most-requested services at a meaningful discount, designed for businesses launching, refreshing, or building something from scratch. Pick the one closest to your needs; we’ll tailor the rest.

Retainers

Ongoing partnerships for clients who want consistent content, integrated web care, or both. Exact deliverable mix is tailored per client during on-boarding — numbers below reflect typical scope.

Note: Social media services are content production only; posting, scheduling, and account management not included. We build the content; you use it.

TERMS

A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. The remaining 50% will be due upon delivery (photo/design) or net-30 days (writing/retainers). Accepted payments: ACH, credit card (3% surcharge), Zelle, and check.

Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest after 30 days past due.

  • Photography: 2-3 weeks for retouched delivery (faster for real estate; same-week standard).
  • Web design: 4-8 weeks depending on tier and content readiness.
  • Writing: 5-7 business days per written piece; retainer schedules are agreed to monthly or in advance,

Rush options are available on most services for +30% surcharge.

  • Photography: 1 round of retouching adjustments included.
  • Web design: 2 rounds of revisions included; additional rounds are $150 each.
  • Writing: 2 rounds of revisions included.

By default, broad commercial use across client’s owned channels (website, social, email, print collateral).

Excluded are third-party licensing, paid ad use beyond client’s own platforms, and sub-licensing to other businesses.

Expanded rights are available at +25% of session/project fee.

  • Included: 35-mile radius from Bordentown, NJ
  • Beyond 30 miles incurs a travel fee of $0.75/mile + tolls.
  • Overnight required: Lodging at client expense + half-day rate per travel day.

  • 14 days before booked date: Full deposit refundable.

  • Less than 7 days: Deposit non-refundable; rescheduling within 60 days available at no charge.
  • Weather-affected shoots will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
