The Method
It takes two to dance.
In the mid-market and public sectors, fragmented marketing creates friction. We eliminate that friction through a cross-functional workflow where Photography, Web Development, and Communications operate as a single, synchronized unit. Based in Bordentown, NJ, we serve as a mission-critical extension of your team, delivering craftsmanship that scales with your organization and builds your story.
Read through our process below, either the quick notes or the full breakdown:
THE QUICK NOTES
THE FULL MONTY
We learn about you.
Most agencies are interested in one thing; your budget. At this stage, our first interaction isn’t a sales pitch.
We’re interested in your vision and what you want to accomplish. We’ll ask questions most agencies skip, because at this stage we’re interested in one thing; you.
Once we get a sense of you and what you want to accomplish, we focus on the details.
By the time we hang up, we’ll both know whether we’re the right fit. If we are, we’ll tell you what’s possible. If we’re not, we’ll tell you that too.
Once we’ve determined needs and scope, we turn that initial conversation into a written proposal: what we’re building, what it costs, and what’s included. We then work through it together, make the necessary final touches, and sign.
A 50% deposit confirms the booking. The other half lands at delivery (or net-30 for retainers and on-going projects).
For Photography, this includes a shot list and equipment prep. For Web, it’s a strategy for your WordPress or Drupal architecture.
A plan that works for everyone.

The session itself. For larger or more complex shoots, we walk the location with you in advance to lock the shot list, lighting plan, and logistics. Smaller sessions skip the prep call and go straight to the day-of.
Whether it’s a 90-minute headshot or a multi-day brand build, we shoot to the plan and adapt when something better presents itself.
Design services
Web builds move in three phases: wireframes, design comps, then development. You see the work at every phase before the next one starts.
- Ecosystem & Securities Audit
- Architecture & UX Blueprinting

Writing projects also move on milestones. For long-form pieces and full website copy, you review an outline before a draft and a draft before revisions. For retainer work, monthly content gets a checkpoint review before publication.
- Voice Synthesis
- Content Strategy & SEO Audit
- Drafting & Milestone Reviews
- Reputation Alignment
- Publication & Distribution
First drafts are never the final version, and we don’t pretend otherwise. Once you’ve seen the work, we refine — based on your feedback, our judgment, and what the project actually needs.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions. One to address what’s not working. A second to polish what is. Most projects don’t need a third round; if yours does, we’ll talk about scope before adding it.
We don’t take feedback personally, and we don’t expect you to soften it. Tell us what’s off. We’ll fix it.
Sharpen until it sings.
Out the door & into the world.
Delivery isn’t the end of the relationship; it’s the start of whatever comes next. We hand off everything you need to use the work, and we stick around for 30 days to answer questions, fix anything we missed, and make sure nothing breaks on landing.
For website launches, that includes a training session so you can update content yourself without calling us every time. For photography, that’s a cloud gallery you’ll have access to indefinitely. For writing, it’s clean files in whatever format you need.
We don’t ghost after final invoice. If something comes up six months from now and you need a quick fix, you have our number.
